Standard Headhunting Service
Content: Following standard headhunting procedure.
Charge Standard:The commission starts from RMB50,000 to the 28% of target position’s annual income including commission / bonus / allowance / option etc. 30% of commission fee will be required as deposit once the contract is signed, which covers the costs of sourcing candidates as well as guarantees the truthfulness of recruitment and protects intellectual property of candidates. Five days after successful candidate is on board, the remaining commission should be paid off. Meanwhile, 3 months guarantee period is applicable for each successful candidate recommendation. In the event of a reasonable termination of a working contract during the guarantee period, the alternative candidate will be offered free of charge. Considering no replaced candidate founded more than one month, we will refund 50% commission fee excluding the deposit unless the client insists on keeping searching the replacement.
Benefits Analysis:It’s the most common service by headhunting, standard service with reasonable costs. With the guarantee of the efficient access to the best candidates, we take care all of tasks which client most concerns about sourcing, reference checking, efficient headhunting, or termination of successful candidates in guarantee period even the following replacement etc. which will be offered as the whole package. 
Applicable Client: High level talents for the company with extensive capabilities

Content: We will on our initiative approach the target candidate whom are assigned by client and successfully support on hopping into client company. Guarantee period is not applicable for this service due to the candidate specified by client.
Charge Standard:In general, RMB 20,000 will be required as deposit subject to additional travel costs if happens, once the case is successful. 15% of the target position’s annual income will be charged as the commission including the deposit except of some special cases.

Applicable Client: Reputable company with broad prospects who has specified candidate as the target.

Content:Conducting reference checking according to the client requirement, including open or secret investigation, and thorough investigation. Open investigation will be conducted based on the reference list provided by candidate. As to the secret investigation, it will be checked with all of possible resources not only the information in resume but also all of relevant channel, which requires professional skill and good communication to protect candidate’s career. The thorough investigation integrates open and secret investigation in manner of letter, telephone, face-to-face interview etc. Both oral and writing report could be provided with reasonable charge if no conflict to law and privacy.
Charge Standard: Around RMB 10,000-60,000 and the travel costs or other unexpected costs if happen are extras.
Benefits Analysis: Ensure the truthfulness of candidate’s data, reveal if there is any hidden part of fact; Check the reputation of candidate in the past. 
Applicable Client: Limited resources and time from company internal department.

Content: Tailor-made investigation on respective position, either specific industry, or specific competitor, even specific region etc.
Charge Standard: Starting from RMB10,000 for one position to higher price depends on client’s demands, information provided, resources involvement and report availability.
